Returns

We accept returns of unused, unwashed items in perfect condition within 15 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or alternative items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, contact us at info@kadipuglia.com and indicate the item or size you would like to change. We will provide you with an authorization number (EA) and instructions for the exchange process.

Shipping costs for the replacement item are also the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

General Conditions

Items must be returned in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on final-sale items, personalized items, or gift cards.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@kadipuglia.com and include photos of the item.

We will offer a replacement, including shipping costs.
